정음정양 도수와 문왕 도수

상제님께서 공신에게 일러 말씀하시기를 “너에게 정음정양 도수를 붙이나니 네가 온전히 잘 이기어 받겠느냐.
정심으로 잘 수련하라.
또 문왕(文王) 도수가 있으니 그 도수를
맡으려면 극히 어려우리라.
미물곤충이라도 원망이 붙으면 천지공사가 아니니라.” 하시니라.

The Dosu of Right Yin and Right Yang and the Dosu of King Wen

Sangjenim told Gong-sin, “I now confer the
Dosu of Right Yin and Right Yang upon you. Can you
fully embrace and overcome all the associated adversities? Cultivate and purify yourself with a right mind.
I shall also confer upon you the Dosu of King We
n, which will be extremely arduous to carry out.
It is not the Work of Renewing Heaven and Earth if even
a mere insect bears a grudge against it.”
