도훈명상 | 심야자心也者는 일신지주一身之主라
[태상종도사님 말씀]
‘심야자心也者는 일신지주一身之主라’,
내 마음이라 하는 것은 내 몸뚱이의 주인이다.
마음이 어디 가자고 하면, 이 몸뚱이는 끌려가는 수밖에 없다.
마음이 앉자고 하면 앉고, 서자고 하면 서고, 가자고 하면 가는 것이다.
주체가 나의 심령이다.
The spirit is the master of the body.
My body has no choice but to follow the order of my spirit.
When my mind gives orders to sit, stand, and go, so my body sits, stand, and goes.
