작은 공 같은 지구에서 도공하는 모습을 내려다 봐

박미화(여, 46세) / 교무녹사장, 서울동대문도장

종도사님 서울 군령을 봉명하기 전에 건강이 좋지 않아 도공을 크게 내려 받을 수 있게 해달라고 정성수행을 했습니다. 군령 1부 도공이 시작되면서 ‘지기금지원위대강’을 외우며 열심히 도공을 하는데 ‘도공 기운을 크게 내려주어도 몸이 그 기운을 감당을 못한다. 먼저 몸이 건강해질 수 있게 해라’라는 뜻이 떠올랐습니다. 욕심이 앞섰던 제 자신을 보게 되었고, 그 뒤로 종도사님 성음과 북소리에 집중하며 도공에 몰입하게 되었습니다.

2부 도공이 시작되었고 어느 순간 천장이 없어지고 파랗고 환한 하늘이 펼쳐졌습니다. 파란 하늘이 둥글게 원으로 바뀌면서, 조금 멀어지며 지구가 되었고 신단 위의 상제님, 태모님, 태사부님, 단군성조의 어진이 우주에 꽉 차면서 작은 공 같은 지구에서 도공을 하고 있는 저희들을 진지하게 내려다보고 계셨습니다.

파란색 하늘이 커다란 물기둥이 되면서 성도님들의 몸을 한 사람씩 휘감으며 소용돌이쳤습니다. 도공이 빨라지자 신단 앞에 종도사님이 계신 곳에서 새빨간 불덩어리가 점점 커지며 전체를 가득 메웠는데, 태양의 이글이글 타는 검붉은 불이었습니다. 마지막 도공이 마무리 될 때는 바람 한 점 없이 조금의 일렁임도 없는 아주 고요한 수면 위에 앉아 있었는데 너무 편안했습니다. (2015년 5월 31일) ◎

I was not in good condition before His Holiness the Jongdosanim conducted the Seoul Regional Army’s mandate. To receive the great qi of the Dogong meditation, I had performed my devoted meditation before the mandate.

At the beginning of dynamic meditation, We chanted the mantra, “Ji-gi-geum-ji Won-wi-dae-gang (지기금지 원위대강 至氣今至 願爲大降)” meaning “I seek the blessing of the ultimate qi, the ripening qi of autumn that descends in abundance from on high.” Suddenly, I reminded the word from the Jongdosanim “Even though I bestow the great qi of the Dogong meditation, if your body can’t receive it, all your effort will come to naught. So you must look after your body first.” I found myself to be overambitious, but after focusing on Jongdosanim’s voice and the sound of the drum, I was able to immerse myself in the dynamic meditation.

As the second session of dynamic meditation started, the ceiling disappeared and bright blue sky appeared before my eyes. After a while, the blue sky changed into a circle and then the circle went further while transforming into earth. The four sacred portraits of SangJenim, Taemonim, Taesabunim and the Sacred Korean King ‘Dangun’ filled up the entire space of the universe, They approvingly looked upon those practicing the Dogong meditation on the tiny little planet called earth.

Then, the blue skies transformed into a water pillar which coiled around all the practitioners, whirling like a hurricane. As the dynamic meditation got faster, a mass of flame at the altar where Jongdosanim was standing got bigger and bigger, engulfing all space that looked like a dark red fire ball from the burning sun. At the end of the session, I was sitting on the silent surface of water, which was very comfortable.

파란 색의 둥근 빛이 가슴 부근으로 들어와

종도사님께서 열어 주시는 도공에 맞추어 도공을 시작하는데 얼마 지나지 않아서 북소리에 몰입이 되었습니다. 갑자기 파란색의 둥근 빛이 눈앞에 나타나더니 가슴 명치 부근으로 그 기운이 들어왔습니다. 가슴 부분이 시원해지기 시작하면서 도공에 더욱 몰입을 하게 되니 그 기운이 점점 위로 올라오기 시작했습니다. 얼마 후에는 머리 끝까지 그 기운이 올라왔습니다. 머리가 시원해지고 맑아지는 느낌이 들었습니다. 동시에 백회가 열리는 듯한 느낌이 들면서 천지와 하나가 됨을 체험하게 되었습니다. 도공이 끝났어도 그 기운이 그대로 남아 있어서 몸이 개운하고 정신이 아주 맑으며 기분이 상쾌하였습니다. ◎

After the Dogong meditation started, I soon began to immerse myself into the drum beats. Suddenly, a blue circle of light appeared and swirled into the pit of my stomach. As I experienced cool refreshing qi around the epigastric area, I concentrated more on meditation and then the energy rose upward. A few minutes later it rose up to the top of my head, which made me feel refreshed. As I felt the crown of my head being opened, I experienced oneness with heaven and earth. Even after the Dogong meditation, the energy still remained, leaving me renewed and refreshed.

6마리의 용이 날아와 여의주를 물고가

박자현(남, 11세) / 도감, 태전대덕도장

도공을 하는 중간에 갑자기 제가 하늘나라에 온 것처럼 하늘에 있는 구름에 앉아 있었습니다. 갑자기 눈 앞에 6개의 여의주 같은 것이 하늘에서 저의 눈앞에 떨어졌습니다.

첫 번째 여의주를 들고 문질러 보았더니 처음에는 구슬 크기에 주황색이던 여의주가 점점 커지며 금색으로 변했습니다. 그리고 그 여의주에 태을주가 새겨졌습니다. 그 여의주를 위로 던지니 용이 날아오며 여의주를 물고 갔습니다.

2번째 여의주도 첫 번째와 같이 문질러주니 시천주가 새겨져, 위로 던지니 또 다른 용이 가져갔습니다. 3번째 여의주에는 운장주, 4번째는 칠성경, 5번째에는 개벽주가 있었습니다.

6번째에는 조금 달랐습니다. 5개의 주문이 모두 새겨져 있었습니다. 그것도 하늘로 날리니 황금색 용이 가져 갔습니다. 그런데 그 용의 얼굴이 상제님의 얼굴과 비슷하였습니다. 그랬더니 갑자기 저의 몸에 불이 붙었는데 방금 전에 황금 용이 저의 몸을 감싸 안으며 불을 꺼주고 사라졌습니다.

그 후 6마리의 용이 뭉쳐지며 하나의 큰 공이 되었는데 그 공에 한문으로 이렇게 써져 있었습니다. ‘천지조화天地造化 태을주太乙呪’ 그걸 보고나서 도공수행이 끝났습니다.

A dragon flew over and caught the jewel in its mouth

In the middle of the Dogong meditation (도공 道功), I saw myself sitting on top of a cloud in the sky as if in the heavenly kingdom. All of a sudden, I saw 6 wish-fulfilling jewels fall from the sky in front of my eyes.

I held the first jewel and rubbed it. The marble-sized orange-colored jewel started to grow and changed to a golden color. The jewel had the Taeeulju Mantra (태을주 太乙呪) inscribed on it. I threw the wish-fulfilling jewel up in the air. All of a sudden, a dragon flew over and caught the jewel in its mouth and flew away.

I rubbed the 2nd wish-fulfilling jewel in exactly the same way. This one had the Shicheonju Mantra (시천주주 侍天主呪) inscribed on it. Again, when I threw it in the air, another dragon flew away with it. The 3rd one had the Unjangju Mantra (운장주 雲長呪), the 4th one had the Chilseonggyeong Mantra (칠성경 七星經), and the 5th one had the Gaebyeokju Mantra (개벽주 開闢呪).

But, the sixth one was a little bit different. It had all 5 mantras inscribed on it. I threw the jewel up in the air and a golden dragon took it. The dragon’s face was similar to Sangjenim’s face. All of a sudden, my body caught on fire. Thankfully, the golden dragon came to me and embraced my body, taking the fire away. Then, it vanished.

After that, the 6 dragons conjoined to form a huge ball. This was written on the ball: “The Taeeulju Mantra is Heaven and Earth’s power of creation and transformation.”
