세계 상씨름판을 붙이리라

씨름판대는 조선의 삼팔선에 두고 세계 상씨름판을 붙이리라. 만국재판소를 조선에 두노니 씨름판에 소가 나가면 판을 걷게 되리라.

I shall plant the flag for the ssireum tournament at Joseon`s thirty-eighth parallel, where I shall launch the sangssireum of the world.
