선천은 상극의 운이라

선천은 상극相克의 운運이라
상극의 이치가 인간과 만물을 맡아 하늘과 땅에 전란戰亂이 그칠 새 없었나니
그리하여 천하를 원한으로 가득 채우므로
이제 이 상극의 운을 끝맺으려 하매 큰 화액禍厄이 함께 일어나서
인간 세상이 멸망당하게 되었느니라.

The Early Heaven is the time of the destiny of mutual conflict and domination.
The principle of mutual conflict and domination has governed all humanity
and all existence, and so heaven and earth have never known a single moment
free of war. Therefore, bitterness and grief now fills all the world. As I now set
out to bring the destiny of mutual conflict and domination to an end, colossal
catastrophes threaten to erupt all at once, annihilating the human world.
